Today we are bottling our 3rd anniversary beer – King Swirly the 3rd. A bourbon barrel aged imperial dark ale w/ cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cold brew coffee, and lactose. The base beer is a strong, sweet, stout profile dark ale that rests in bourbon barrels for 6 months rounding out the flavor profile and adding a hint of bourbon and oak.
All three variations will be available Saturday April 1st for event attendees. They will be available to the general public starting Sunday April 2nd at noon in the brewery tasting room.
